It's no secret that Langostino Lobster is not really a lobster. According to Wikipedia, two species can be called Langostino, and "These two species are both less than three inches long, and weigh about 0.4 lbs or less. They are both very different from the animal traditionally referred to as lobster." I tried the Langostino Lobster tacos today, and was somewhat disappointed. The first bite had some meat, with a texture like crawfish, but softer, and quite flavorful. Subsequent bites had less and less meat and I was quite sad. Possibly because the meat are somewhat chunky, it's very unevenly distributed inside the taco. I think the burrito might provide a better experience. While not bad as a seafood item, this is in no way a "lobster" experience. In any case, the judge that decided it tastes just like lobster should be sent back to school and learn to eat.
